Он совершил уже самое серьезное преступление, из которого вытекали все остальные. Даже если бы он никогда не притронулся пером к бумаге, преступление всё равно было совершено. Они называли это преступным мышлением, которое невозможно долго скрывать. Конечно, можно хитрить какое-то время, даже несколько лет, но рано или поздно они обязательно схватят тебя.

И многим из вас знакомо слово «мыслепреступление» из новояза в романе «1984». За мыслепреступления в России уже давно и успешно сажают. Но не все знают, что у Оруэлла было ещё и такое понятие, как «лицепреступление». Это когда человек ходил с идеологически чуждым или просто неподходящим выражением лица.

Ещё один близкий по теме термин, «precrime» («предпреступление»), придумал другой известный фантаст Филип Дик. У него в «Особом мнении» так называлась спецслужба, с помощью провидцев вычислявшая преступления, которым суждено произойти в будущем. Соответственно, преступников заранее можно было найти и покарать.

За обсуждением «пакета Яровой» никто не заметил, что в России появился ещё один любопытный закон. Если коротко, он о том, как в нашей стране собираются вычислять «предпреступления» и наказывать за «лицепреступления».

Прелесть закона в том, что он позволит ставить на «профилактический учёт» практически всех россиян. Под действие закона автоматически подпадает любой житель РФ, которого полиция, следователи, прокуроры, чиновники любого уровня сочтут способным совершить преступления. То есть вообще любой.

Причём счесть тебя человеком, намеревающимся совершить преступление, может твой сосед, случайный прохожий или юзер, который случайно наткнулся на твою страничку в соцсетях. Неудивительно, что новый закон вводит такое понятие, как «лица, участвующие в профилактике правонарушений».

Таким лицом может стать любой гражданин РФ или член общественной организации, помогающей полицейским и другим силовикам выявлять потенциальных преступников. Да-да, кто угодно сможет на тебя настучать. И не просто настучать, а применить в отношении тебя «меры профилактического воздействия». Если конкретнее, это у них называется «правовым просвещением». Единственная отдушина – задержать тебя смогут только силовики, кому попало такого права закон не даёт.

Хотя на практике это может выглядеть примерно так: какой-нибудь казачий разъезд видит на улице девушку с порванными на коленках джинсами, сдаёт её ментам, а те её прессуют в своё удовольствие.
